Instead, we commission a specialist craftsman to perform an overhaul (hereinafter referred to as OH), and deliver the watch after the OH is completed. (This process takes approximately 1-2 months.)

Our expert craftsmen, who hold a first-class watch repair technician qualification, will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as internal gaskets, clean it, and lubricate it. We will perform a thorough overhaul, servicing it to a condition where the daily rate is approximately ±1 minute.
In addition, when we deliver the machine, we will include our own overhaul certificate detailing the work performed, as well as photos of the machine during disassembly and maintenance.

Of course, as the product itself is a used item, there is no guarantee that it will never break. However, we have taken these measures to ensure that you can enjoy the watch's original performance and use it with peace of mind in the future. We appreciate your understanding.
