OMEGA 60's Constellation Cal.751
OMEGA 60's Constellation Cal.751
Introducing the Omega Constellation from the 1960s .
Constellation means "constellation" in English.
As the name suggests, it is studded with images reminiscent of constellations, such as the "star" symbol on the dial and the observatory symbol on the back cover.
A competition to test the accuracy of clocks was held at an observatory in Switzerland, and it was an indispensable part of the story when it came to talking about clock accuracy.
The Constellation is one of Omega's most precise models, and the symbol of the observatory is engraved on the case back.
Its strength is such that in 1958 , Omega (Constellation) accounted for 45 % of the number of chronometer certificates issued.
This is Omega's flagship model, which has proven its high precision all over the world.
The "Constellation" we are introducing this time is in very good condition and comes with the original Omega box.
The dial is a silver dial with a sunray finish and upright bar indexes.
The bar indexes are cut into a triangular shape when viewed from the side, with black onyx added to the top.
You can see that each index takes a lot of effort and is very carefully made.
It has a very simple expression without any decoration, but that's why the design stands out with the chronometer notation indicating high precision and the "star" logo symbolizing the constellation.
This is an elegant and elegant watch, worthy of the name "Constellation."

You can quickly advance the date by operating the crown.
Size: Height: 40.9mm , Width: 36.9mm , Thickness: 11.9mm , Weight: 70g .
