OMEGA 60's Seamaster Cal.562
OMEGA 60's Seamaster Cal.562
Introducing the Omega Seamaster in the 1960s .
The Seamaster, synonymous with waterproof automatic watches, is one of Omega's most representative models.
Since its release in 1948 , it has received high support from people all over the world, and new models are still being released to this day.
Vintage Seamasters come in a variety of cases and dials, and even if they have the same specifications, there can be considerable individual differences depending on how they age.
The Seamaster is a vintage watch that is relatively easy to obtain, but if you find one that has undergone aging that you like, it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Check it out!
The "Seamaster" we are introducing this time has unusual features that are different from other Seamasters, such as the center cross line on the dial and an original Omega genuine window windshield.
The dial is a silver gray dial with a heavy feel typical of vintage.
It also consists of trapezoidal upright indexes and dolphin hands.
This model has a sharp face with a center cross line between 12-6 o'clock and 3-9 o'clock, which tightens up the entire dial.
There are few Seamasters with this line, making it a rare item.
What's even more noteworthy is the windshield that this watch has.
This is a genuine product with an Omega mark in the center, and the date window has a protrusion on the inside instead of on the outside. This is a very rare windshield.
Since the window protrusion is attached to the inside of the windshield, there are no irregularities on the surface and the entire dial looks clean, while the date is easy to read.
It is a one-of-a-kind Seamaster that goes perfectly with the dial, which has a heavy feel due to aging.
The movement is equipped with a 24- jewel, self-winding Cal.562 .
Omega's 500 series automatic movements are made to a high level of practicality, with not only high precision but also stable operation, durable construction, and ease of maintenance.
Furthermore, to make it look beautiful, it is plated with red gold, and each part is chamfered, so you can feel the attention to detail of the craftsmen of the time.
Size: Height: 42.3mm , Width: 36.3mm , Thickness: 10.7mm , Weight: 69g .
The size is very easy to wear, and it can be worn with confidence by not only men but also women who want a slightly larger watch.
The simple design makes it easy to incorporate into a wide range of outfits, from suits and sweatshirts to formal and casual occasions.
The case is in good condition with some minor scratches due to use, but the edges are still intact.
There is a little rust on the second hand, but there is no problem with use, and there are no signs of wear or dirt on the dial.
The movement is in excellent condition with no rust whatsoever.
It is working very well.
Comes with Omega genuine 7 -piece bracelet, genuine crown, and windshield.
