Introducing the Citizen "Crystal Seven" from 1976 .

Named "Citizen" with the hope that the company would be loved by citizens, Citizen is a manufacturer that has consistently and passionately pursued technology since its predecessor, the Shokosha Watch Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was founded in 1892 to the present day.

The company has led the Japanese watch industry by developing a series of watches that proactively incorporate cutting-edge technology, such as the "Parashock," the first domestically made watch to feature an earthquake-resistant device, and the "Parawater," the first domestically made automatic, completely waterproof watch.

Its technological capabilities are recognized worldwide, and Citizen is now a brand trusted by citizens around the world.

The Crystal Seven is an automatic watch model produced by Citizen in the 1960s .
This model is an ambitious work that lives up to its name by using a crystal glass windshield, which was an advanced material at the time.

The dial features a silver sunburst finish that gives off a beautiful radiating luster.
At the 12 o'clock position, the day of the week display is framed by a hexagonal frame, giving it a unique character.
The bar index and cut bar hands combine visibility and presence with their three-dimensional shape.

The case features sharp lugs and clean contours.
The bezel is adorned with a delicately fluted design, adding a subtle yet elegant touch.

The simple and practical design is well-balanced, making it easy to incorporate into modern fashion.

The movement is equipped with a 23- jewel automatic winding Cal. 5203.

This is one of the most representative movements of the 1970s , and was installed in Citizen's automatic models.
It is highly productive and practical, and has performance suitable for everyday use.

The date can be changed by operating the crown, making it easy to use even for those purchasing a vintage watch for the first time.

Size: height: 44.4mm , width: 39.6mm , thickness: 9.9mm , weight: 47g .

The simple and practical design makes this a versatile piece that can be worn both on and off the job.

It can be paired with a neat jacket and slacks, or even with denim or chinos, and it will add a classic accent to any casual look.

The condition of the case is good, with some small scratches from use, but no major scratches or noticeable damage.
The dial is in excellent condition with excellent visibility and no stains or damage.
The movement is running smoothly and there are no issues.

I have Bambi Scotchgard Brown on.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul it (hereinafter referred to as OH) and deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)

A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.

When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul was performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.

Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.

When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will properly repair the product, but there will be a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
