Introducing Mido's ``Multifort Lux'' from the 1940s .

Mido means " Yo mido " (I measure) in Spanish.

Since its founding in 1918 under the brand slogan "Being timeless. That is the proof of truly excellent design," we have continued to create watches that combine timeless and original design with functionality for 100 years. Over the years, we have continued to make automatic watches.

In addition, in the past there was a collaboration watch with "Hermes", and the brand name was added to the "Multifort" introduced this time, and it was sold with a Hermes leather belt attached.

This brand is highly acclaimed worldwide for both the functionality and design of its watches.

The Multifort we are introducing this time is a self-winding watch equipped with a half rotor that was introduced in 1934 .
Along with Rolex's Bubbleback, it gained popularity as a pioneer of automatic watches at the time.

The small case size is equipped with a half rotor, so the plump and distinctive thickness is impressive.
The dial has a bull's eye design, and the two-tone contrast of pale gray and brown is beautiful.
In addition, the entire dial, including the skipped Arabic letters on the outer periphery, changes over time, elevating Mido's sophisticated design to a more dignified presence.

This is a watch with a style that can only be experienced with vintage watches.

Next, the movement is equipped with Cal.817 with 17 jewels.
Unusual for a watch from the 1940s , it is waterproof, anti-magnetic, and anti-earthquake, and is designed with practicality in mind.

In addition, since it is equipped with a half rotor, you can enjoy the steady feeling of the rotor hitting you when you wear it.

Size: Height: 37.1mm , Width: 31.8mm , Thickness: 11mm .
It's a small size typical of the 40s , so it's easy to wear even for women.
In addition, the thickness of the case gives it a sense of presence when worn, so even men can wear it without any problems.

In terms of condition, the case has firm edges, and the movement is in such good condition that it is hard to believe that it was made in the 1940s .
There is no corrosion on the dial, and after aging it has a beautiful vintage color.
