OMEGA 60's DE VILLE Emerald line Cal.620
OMEGA 60's DE VILLE Emerald line Cal.620
Introducing the Omega "Deville Emerald Line" from the 1970s .
It is a certified master chronometer, serves as the official timepiece of the Olympic Games, and is a NASA- approved space watch .
Since its founding in 1848, OMEGA has achieved many great feats in its 170- year history.
Their technological prowess and creativity have had a profound impact on the world.
I believe that one of the company's charms is that, despite its long history and capabilities, and the excellent design and practicality of its watches, it still offers affordable vintage watches that you can enjoy.
Since its founding, OMEGA has made watches not just for royalty and aristocrats, but with the desire to make them available to everyone and to enrich their lives, and this is why they continue to be loved all over the world today.
The "Deville" was created as Omega's dress watch.
This watch is a model called the "Emerald Line" created by designer Andrew Grima.
This is a dress watch with a gold square case and distinctive cut glass.
The glass is highly transparent sapphire crystal glass.
The edge of the glass is cut with an emerald, and the piece was created with the concept of "the wearer seeing the time through the jewel."
The dial is a horizontal dial with an elegant gray base and vertical hairlines.
The watch has two hands without a second hand, emphasizing the dressiness of the watch.
With its unique case design and dazzlingly lustrous cut glass, the Devil Emerald Line transports the wearer to a special time.
The movement is a 17 jewel hand-wound movement, Cal620 .
It is extremely well-made, with high precision, stable operation, and excellent maintainability.
It is the basis of Cal. 625 , which is said to be the most commercially successful movement in Omega's history, and is one of Omega's masterpiece movements.
Size: height: 32mm , width: 33.5mm , thickness: 8.8mm , weight: 34g .
Although this is a men's model, it is small in size, so it can be worn without any problems by people with thin wrists or women.
The Devil's excellent design goes well with jackets and coats, of course, but it can also be incorporated into casual items such as denim jackets, making it a piece that can be used in a wide range of situations.
The case is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or fading.
The edges of the glass windshield remain firm and there are no noticeable scratches.
The dial is free of corrosion and wear and has no problems with visibility.
The movement runs smoothly and there are no problems with accuracy.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand them over to you when you place your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul them (hereafter referred to as OH) and deliver them to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)
A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul was performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.
Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.
When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will still repair the product for a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
