Introducing the Omega Seamaster from the 1960s .

Waterproofing and dustproofing have long been a major issue for wristwatches, and with the outbreak of World War II, demand for waterproof functionality in wristwatches increased rapidly.

At the time, Omega supplied the British military with large quantities of watches with round, waterproof screw-back cases.
After the war, when Omega considered what movement would be suitable for this waterproof case, they came up with the idea of using an automatic movement in order to avoid having to pull out the crown, which poses the risk of water and dust getting in.

Thus, by combining a screw-back waterproof case with an automatic movement, the Seamaster was born in 1948 as the world's first waterproof automatic wristwatch.

The Seamaster is Omega's signature sports dress model.
This is a long-selling model that has existed in various designs over the years, from 1948 to the present day.

The Seamaster we are introducing this time is a classic, dignified non-date model produced in the early 1960s .

The dial has aged to a pale cream color, and features sharp wedge-shaped indexes and dolphin hands.
Because it has a simple non-date design, the beauty and design of each part stands out, allowing you to enjoy the exquisite texture that is unique to vintage items.

The Seamaster is simple, yet the attention to detail shines through.
It is an iconic OMEGA watch that has been loved through the ages.

The movement is a 24 jewel automatic, Cal. 552.

This fully rotating movement was developed in 1958 and is renowned as one of Omega's greatest movements.

It boasts high precision and reliability, and is also easy to maintain, thanks to features such as a swan-neck regulator that makes it easy to adjust precision.

It is also a masterpiece movement that is beautifully crafted, with red gold plating.

Size: height: 42.2mm , width: 35.5mm , thickness: 10.9mm , weight: 36g .

It is thin and light, and the case design is made to fit the shape of your wrist, so it is very comfortable to wear and you won't get tired even if you wear it for a long time.

The simple design means it can be worn with a wide range of outfits, from suits and jackets to denim shirts and leather jackets.
The impression changes when you change the strap, so it's fun to change it according to the season.

The case is in good condition with no noticeable scratches.
The color of the dial has changed due to aging, but there is no sign of corrosion and it is in good condition with good visibility.
The movement is free of rust and operates smoothly.

Comes with a Bambi Scott Guard and black belt.
