Introducing the 1960s Omega Seamaster Calendar.

Omega has been producing many popular models for a long time, such as Speedmaster and Constellation.
Among them, the Seamaster, which was announced as the first waterproof automatic wristwatch in 1948 , is a long-selling watch that continues to receive high support from people all over the world, despite repeated model changes.

Seamasters are produced in large numbers, the supply of parts is relatively stable, and they are easy to maintain, so vintage watches are easy to use even for first-timers.
In addition, since each watch tends to have individual differences as the dial and case change due to aging, it is also interesting to compare the color, case shape, index specifications, etc. to find the one you like.

The "Seamaster Calendar" we are introducing this time is a rare model that is the first Seamaster model to be equipped with a calendar function.

The dial is a matte silver dial with dolphin hands and upright bar indexes.
And, it has a simple configuration typical of Seamaster, with only the upright Omega logo at 12 o'clock and the pet name at 6 o'clock.

However, the addition of center cross lines at 12-6 o'clock and 3-9 o'clock positions gives it a more dignified and beautiful look than other models.

The calendar at 3 o'clock is surrounded by a silver outer frame, ensuring visibility while also being designed to blend in with the surrounding indexes.

This is a Seamaster whose design, coloring, and index placement are all carefully calculated and designed.

The movement is equipped with a 20- jewel automatic winding Cal.503 .

Cal.503 is based on Omega's first fully automatic center seconds, Cal.470 , which has been expanded in size and equipped with a date function.
This movement boasts high precision and stable operation.

Size: Height: 42.1mm , Width: 36.7mm , Thickness: 11.8mm , Weight: 46g .

The size is a little small, so even women can wear it.
The thick and distinctive case gives off a solid presence even when worn by men.

The case is in good condition with the edges still intact.
The dial has some rust on the second hand, but there is no problem with use.
The movement is working fine and the calendar function is also working fine.

At RESUME, when selling antique watches, we do not hand them over immediately after receiving your order, but instead request an overhaul (hereinafter referred to as OH) from a professional craftsman, and then deliver the watch after the OH is completed. (Duration is approximately 1-2 months)

Our professional craftsmen, who are certified as watch repair technicians, will completely disassemble your watch, replace consumable parts such as internal gaskets, clean it, lubricate it, and maintain it to the point where it is within ±1 minute per day.
We will also send you our own OH certificate, as well as photos of the machine when it was disassembled and serviced, to show you what kind of work was done during the OH upon delivery.
