Introducing the Omega "Automatic" from the 1950s .

It is equipped with a " bumper type " movement, known as an early automatic movement, and features a unique structure in which the rotor does not rotate fully but instead rotates half a turn while hitting the spring to wind the movement.
The "tapping" feeling you get when you hold it in your hand is a charm unique to this era.

An automatic Omega model manufactured in the 1950s .

The dial has aged to a reddish hue, transforming into a "salmon dial" that is highly sought after by collectors.
The unique tone, reminiscent of beige and pink, changes softly depending on the light, giving it a one-of-a-kind texture not found in watches of that time.

A delicate minute track is placed around the outer periphery, emphasizing the three-dimensional effect by contrasting with the space in the center.
The printed Arabic indexes feature a classic yet comical typeface, and combined with the thick pencil hands coated with luminous paint, they combine vintage warmth with practicality.

The case is an early waterproof case model with an engraved back, which is rare even among precious waterproof cases.
The simple round shape is enhanced by flowing curves from the case to the lugs, creating a soft look.
The case back is engraved with the words "Water Resistant," "Shock Resistant," and "Anti-Magnetic," demonstrating the durability and reliability that Omega pursued at the time.

This is a rare piece that combines a reddish salmon dial with classic 1950s details.
This "automatic" watch embodies the essence of vintage watches by showcasing the beauty of aging.

The movement is an automatic model.

It is robust, easy to use even in modern times, and easy to maintain.

Case size: height: 39.7mm , width: 34.7mm , thickness: 9.9mm , weight: 37g .

The soft reddish salmon dial blends naturally with a subdued jacket or shirt style.
It goes well with casual outfits and creates a classic presence when paired with knits and denim.
This is a versatile piece that can be worn for a wide range of occasions, from formal to casual.

Condition: The case is in good condition with no noticeable scratches.
The dial has changed due to aging, but this does not affect visibility.
The movement is running smoothly and there are no problems.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we have a professional overhaul (hereinafter referred to as OH) the watch, and then we deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1-2 months.)

Our specialized craftsmen, who are first-class watch repair technicians, will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine to you, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which will show you what kind of overhaul work was done on the machine, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and serviced.
