Introducing the Seiko "Crown Deadstock" made in 1959 .

At the time, when it was said that the thinner and smaller the watch, the better the watch, Crown dared to make the movement larger.

The difference is only a few millimeters, but when you actually compare them, the impression you get is very different.

However, by increasing the size, we were able to obtain various benefits such as improved maintainability and parts durability.

With the introduction of the Crown, the company was able to instantly raise the reputation of domestically produced watches to world standards, and it had a great influence on the development of Seiko watches later on.

It is one of the representative models of Seiko watches.

The "Crown Deadstock" we are introducing this time is a deadstock item with the original tag attached.

The case is plated with 20M gold, preserving its original color and maintaining its beautiful shine, and the dial and indexes remain in their original condition with no signs of corrosion or wear.

The crown, which tends to be damaged, uses a crown with the S mark from that time.

In addition, the leather band and tail are equipped with original bands with the SEIKO mark, and two types of tags with the selling price and Crown's pet name at the time are included.

Dead stock crowns are rarely found in stores, making them extremely rare watches.

The movement is hand-wound with 19 jewels and is equipped with Cal.560 .

It is a movement that has been completed to a high level in various aspects such as time accuracy, durability of parts, and ease of maintenance.

It is rare to have the opportunity to use a new movement from that time, so please experience the joy of growing Cal.560 from here.

Size: Height: 43.5mm , Width: 37.3mm , Thickness: 8.9mm , Weight: 32g .

The crown has an elegant design, so it goes well with suits and jackets.
Pair it with a dark suit or a black or navy jacket to brighten up your wardrobe.

In addition, the gold plating on the case has a strong yellow tinge, making it a color that blends well with the skin and is easy to wear.

Condition: There is some slight corrosion on a part of the back cover, but there is no problem with use.

The case is in good condition with the edges intact and no plating peeling.

The dial is in original condition with no corrosion or wear.

The movement is in beautiful condition from that time.

There are some peeling marks on the leather belt, but there are no cracks in the leather and there is no problem with use.

Since this is a dead stock item, we can give it to customers who do not intend to use it for collection, etc., as is, without overhauling it.

In that case, we will change the price and sell it, so if you are interested, please contact our store directly.
