Introducing the Seiko "Roadmatic" made in 1968 .

The Roadmatic, which was introduced in 1968 , is one of Seiko's proud automatic mechanical watches.

Equipped with a thin, high-precision movement, this model combined practicality with stylish design and was extremely popular, especially in the 1970s .

This is a famous Seiko model that was developed at the same time as Grand Seiko and King Seiko, and is known only to those in the know.

The Roadmatic combines sharply edged lugs with a softly curved tonneau-shaped case, making it both practical and stylish.

The case is made of stainless steel and has a sophisticated combination of satin and polished finishes, giving it a beautiful appearance that changes depending on the angle of the light.
Furthermore, since the case and back cover are integrated into one piece, it boasts high airtightness, making it highly practical.

The dial is a silver dial with a sunburst finish that gives off radiating lines.
It reflects light softly, giving an understated yet luxurious impression.

The three-dimensional bar indexes are carefully chamfered one by one, achieving both visibility and elegance.

The " SEIKO " logo at the 12 o'clock position and the " LM " logo at the 6 o'clock position give this watch a bold look.

The date and day of the week display is located at the 3 o'clock position, making this a Roadmatic watch packed with attractive details that combine practicality with the feel of a Japanese vintage watch.

The movement is a 23- jewel automatic movement ( Cal. 5606 series).

Although it is thin, it boasts stable precision and has earned a high level of trust from the time to the present day.

The day of the week and date can be fast-forwarded by operating the crown, and the day of the week can be switched between English and Chinese characters.

All watches sold in our store are internally inspected by a professional watch mechanic upon arrival and are only sold after being determined to be genuine, so you can use them with confidence.

When you purchase a watch, we will attach a new leather strap to it when you deliver it to you.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul it (hereinafter referred to as OH) and deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)

A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul was performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.

Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.

When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will properly repair the product, but there will be a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
