Introducing the Seiko " 5 Actus" made in 1972 .

The model name " ACTUS " means "action" in Latin, and the model was sold targeting young people at the time.

The 5 Actus attracted a lot of attention because it was highly practical, with automatic winding, waterproofing, and a day-date function, yet was also affordable and had a stylish appearance.

In addition, in response to changes in people's lifestyles, the company actively promoted the product by using young people in its advertisements, and as a result, the product became a huge hit, especially among the younger generation at the time.

Furthermore, the " SS " at the 6 o'clock position is an abbreviation for Second Setting .

" 5Actus " comes in a variety of designs.
The model we are introducing this time is designed in two colors, silver and black, and has an impressive, smart look.

The dial is a very simple design, with a sunburst silver dial and upright bar indexes.
The silver dial reflects light softly and the glass crystal allows the dial to be seen clearly, making it highly visible.

The case has a crown that is hidden inside the case, a characteristic of the Seiko 5 series, which accentuates the case lines and gives it a sophisticated design.

The 5 Actus is a model that has been designed to be as practical as possible, with all unnecessary decoration removed.

The movement is a 21 jewel automatic type, Cal. 6106C .

This movement was designed with everyday use in mind, and is equipped with a hack function to stop the second hand, a shock-resistant device, and a calendar function.
The calendar can be adjusted to the date and day of the week simply by turning the crown.
Two languages are used: English and Japanese.

Even if you are a first-time vintage watch enthusiast, you can use it with confidence.

Size: height: 40.5mm , width: 37.3mm , thickness: 11.3mm , weight: 79g .

It's the perfect size for an average man's wrist.
The simple design makes it suitable for casual wear such as shirts, polo shirts, and T -shirts, as well as suits and jackets for business occasions.

Condition: The case has some small scratches from use, but no major scratches.
The dial is in beautiful condition with no signs of wear.
The movement is working without any problems and all functions, including the hack function, work normally.
It is equipped with a metal bracelet exclusively for the Seiko 5 Actus.

The glass windshield is replaced with a new one during the initial check.
