The 1974 Seiko `` 5 Sports Speedtimer'' that we are introducing this time is in miraculous condition, in dead stock condition, with the original box, special case, and tag included.

The Speed Timer was released by Seiko in 1969 as the world's first chronograph (stopwatch) wristwatch equipped with an automatic winding mechanism.

At the time, chronographs had very complex structures and were produced in small numbers, so they were generally hand-wound and installed in high-end models.

However, the caliber 6139 developed by Seiko uses a magic lever and has achieved high productivity and significant cost reductions by simplifying the manufacturing process as much as possible while maintaining excellent winding efficiency and precision.

This model was also included in the `` 5 Sports'' line for young people, and was a big hit due to its casual design and reasonable price.

The "Speed Timer" we are introducing this time is a dead stock item that comes with a special case and tag.

This is a chronograph model called the "Hittsume Chrono" with a 30 -minute counter at the 6 o'clock position. When you press the push button at the 2 o'clock position, the central chronograph hand operates, and the subdial changes every minute. Since the needle moves, it is possible to measure for 30 minutes.

The dial has a plain matte black dial with white upright bar indexes and pencil hands.
Therefore, the sporty design of the 70s , with the red minute markers and orange chrono hands on the outer periphery, is attractive.

The design, with its logo, register, day-date, and various other information condensed into the dial, evokes the image of a cockpit instrument panel and excites owners.

The movement is equipped with a 6139A automatic winding with 21 jewels.

It is a highly practical movement that uses Seiko's unique automatic winding mechanism, the "Magic Lever" method, and boasts high winding efficiency and precision.
The calendar is written in English and Japanese, and the date can be quickly changed by operating the crown.
It also has a 30 minute stopwatch function.

Size: Height: 44mm , Width: 40.2mm , Thickness: 15.3mm , Weight: 115g .

It goes well with casual clothes such as sweatshirts and denim jackets, as well as tech fashion using high-tech materials.

The condition is a dead stock item, so both the case and dial are in top condition overall.
The movement is in good working order and each function works without any problems.
Equipped with Seiko genuine metal bracelet.
A box, special case, and tag will be included at the time of purchase.
