Introducing the Seiko " 5 Actus" made in 1974 .

The 5 Actus is a model series launched in 1970 targeted at young people.

Despite being reasonably priced, they are equipped with various functions such as automatic winding, water resistance, and day-date functions, and there are a wide variety of designs available.

The 5 Actus was a popular watch among young people because it was a watch that was aimed at new workers and young people at the time, with young people featured in advertisements to reflect changes in people's lifestyles.

The " 5 Actus" was so popular at the time that there are many different designs.
The " 5 Actus" we are introducing this time is a rare model with a highly airtight, one-piece case.

The one-piece case is a highly waterproof case that is even more airtight than the waterproof model.
The case features thick lugs that exude strength and a unique oval design that leaves an impression.

Like other Actus series, the crown at the 3 o'clock position is stored inside the case, giving it a clean silhouette.

The dial is two-tone, beige and blue.
The upright bar indexes and bar hands are all gold, adding a touch of glamour to the dial.

The " 5 Actus" has an attractive, playful, retro-future design.

The movement is an automatic model.

The calendar has the day of the week and the date, and both can be fast-forwarded by simply turning the crown.
The days of the week are displayed in two languages: Japanese and English.
It also has a shock-resistant shock-resistance device, making it a movement that is easy to use on an everyday basis.

Size: height: 41.8mm , width: 38.3mm , thickness: 11.2mm .

Due to its oval shape, it appears smaller than its actual size, making it easy to wear even for those with thin wrists.
The casual design goes well with T- shirts and shirts as well as high-tech wear.

The condition is good, with small scratches on the case, but no noticeable dents and no problems with use.
The dial is in beautiful condition with no wear or corrosion.

The movement is working fine and the calendar function works fine.

It comes with a genuine metal bracelet with the 5Actus markings.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul it (hereinafter referred to as OH) and deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)

A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul we performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.

Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.

When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will properly repair the product, but there will be a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
