Introducing the Seiko Actus Silver Wave, made in 1976 .
In the 1970s , Seiko launched the Actus series, which combined practicality and design for young people.
The higher-end model, the Silver Wave, is characterized by its waterproof construction and sporty design.
The back cover is engraved with the ripple emblem that inherits the original "Silver Wave" design.
With a robust case structure and the highly reliable automatic movement Cal. 6306 , it boasts high practicality and is suitable for everyday use.
Combining stylish design with functionality, this watch conveys the spirit of " modern mechanical watches " that Seiko would have pursued at the time.
The Actus Silver Wave features a neat tonneau case with a striking houndstooth pattern.
The dial has a unique texture with a delicate houndstooth pattern embossed on it.
Shadows are created depending on the angle of the light, giving a sense of depth to the silver tones.
The indexes and hands are unified with a sharp metallic finish, giving the watch an elegant and quiet impression.
The case has a tonneau shape that combines rounded and straight lines.
Because the lugs are covered, the connection points of the strap are not visible, creating a smooth, unified look overall.
Furthermore, it features a screw-down crown at the 4 o'clock position, enhancing its water resistance and practicality.
This is an easy watch to use even for those who are new to vintage watches.
The movement is equipped with the automatic winding Cal. 6306A with 21 jewels.
This is Seiko's proud automatic caliber, with a robust design that ensures stable accuracy and durability.
This is a reliable caliber that features date and day of the week indications and is functional enough for everyday use.
Case size: height: 42.1mm , width: 37.8mm , thickness: 10.7mm , weight: 54g .
The tonneau case, with its houndstooth dial and just the right size, is attractive for its combination of elegance and casualness.
It blends naturally with a jacket style as well as a light outfit with just a shirt.
The understated silver tone adds a quiet individuality to your wrist, allowing you to enjoy the calmness that only vintage watches can offer.
The condition of the case is good with only minor scratches from use and no noticeable scratches or damage.
The dial has some damage around the 3 o'clock position, but this does not affect visibility.
The movement is running smoothly and the date and hacking functions are working properly.
Comes with a Bambi Scotchgard black strap.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we have a professional overhaul (hereinafter referred to as OH) the watch, and then we deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1-2 months.)
Our specialized craftsmen, who are first-class watch repair technicians, will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine to you, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which will show you what kind of overhaul work was done on the machine, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and serviced.
