Introducing the Seiko "King Seiko" made in 1964 .

An early King Seiko model born at the dawn of Japanese wristwatches.
This model, manufactured in the early 1960s , can be called the culmination of the technology and aesthetic sense of the era when Seiko was taking on Swiss watches head-on.

The dial features a beautiful radial hairline finish, creating a sophisticated design that subtly changes appearance depending on the viewing angle.
The indexes and hands are multi-faceted, and while simple, they create three-dimensional shadows whenever they catch the light.

The mark at the 6 o'clock position is proof that it is an Applique Dial ( AD Dial).
The AD dial has indexes plated with SGP hard gold or rhodium.
The AD dial, which kept costs low while retaining its luster for a long time, has been used in most typeset dials since then.

The case has a neat rounded form that combines a beautiful mirror finish with delicate edge lines.
The sharp lines running from the lugs to the sides of the case embodied Seiko's design philosophy, on par with Grand Seiko, and boasted an exceptional level of perfection for a domestically produced wristwatch at the time.

King Seiko is worthy of the name " King " and exudes quiet confidence and elegance.

The movement is a hand-wound movement with 25 jewels.

It is highly practical and easy to maintain, and is equipped with Seiko's unique earthquake-resistant mechanism, Diashock, making it a movement that is easy to use on a daily basis even in modern times.

Size: height: 43.2mm , width: 38.1mm , thickness: 9.5mm , weight: 38g .

With its classic and refined appearance, the King Seiko is an extremely versatile watch that can be worn with a wide range of styles, regardless of outfit.

It can be worn in any situation, from formal to private.
It can be easily coordinated with not only suits but also casual outfits such as sweatshirts and T -shirts.

In terms of condition, the case has not only no noticeable scratches, but also small scratches, and has maintained its original beauty.
The dial, like the case, is free of any signs of wear or dirt.
The movement is running smoothly.

Equipped with Bambi Scotchguard, black.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul it (hereinafter referred to as OH) and deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)

A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul was performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.

Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.

When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will properly repair the product, but there will be a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
