Introducing the Seiko "Ladies" watch made in 1968 .
■Dial and case design
Seiko ladies' model made in 1968 .
Despite its modest size, this watch combines practicality and understated decorative beauty typical of the late 1960s .
The dial is a calm black with a radial hairline finish.
Depending on the angle of the light, gentle shadows are created, and although it is black, it does not look too heavy.
It gives a deep expression.
The index uses a slender upright bar.
Although it has a simple structure, its three-dimensional shape naturally achieves both visibility and elegance.
The date display is located at the 3 o'clock position, and the date disc with red numerals adds a subtle accent.
The " WATERPROOF " and " 17 JEWELS " inscriptions are placed discreetly, quietly expressing the watch's character as a practical watch.
The case has a compact, rounded silhouette.
Despite its modest size, the dial is delicately decorated around the edge, giving it a simple yet subtle look.
The twisted design on the outer ring softly reflects light, creating different shadows depending on the angle.
The decorativeness is kept to a minimum, giving the impression of being elegant without being flashy.
The slightly protruding lugs and the moderately thick case shape give it a stable appearance without being too delicate.
■ Movement

The movement is equipped with Cal. 2107B , a manual winding movement with 17 jewels.
This is a manual winding movement that was used in Seiko ladies' models in the late 1960s.
The structure is simple and practical, and since it does not have an automatic winding mechanism, it is designed to be stable and easy to maintain.
By winding the crown every day, you can enjoy the unique operating feel of a mechanical watch.
■Styling
With its small case size and calm black dial, this watch fits naturally on a woman's wrist.
It blends seamlessly into elegant outfits such as dresses and blouses, as well as simple outfits such as shirts and knitwear.
The design is minimalist and not flashy, so it's easy to incorporate into your outfit like an accessory.
It doesn't stand out too much even when layered with rings or bracelets.
This is a unique vintage ladies' watch that complements both smart and casual looks, adding a subtle sense of calm and elegance to your everyday outfits.
■ Condition
The case has only minor scratches from use and no noticeable damage.
The dial remains in excellent condition, just as it was when it was first released.
The movement is running smoothly and can be used without any problems.
It is equipped with an aftermarket telescopic metal bracelet.

Please be sure to read the following information after purchasing an antique watch.
When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we have a professional overhaul (hereinafter referred to as OH) the watch, and then we deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1-2 months.)
Our specialized craftsmen, who are first-class watch repair technicians, will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine to you, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which will show you what kind of overhaul work was done on the machine, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and serviced.
Of course, since the product itself is a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we have taken this approach so that you can enjoy the watch's inherent performance and use it with peace of mind in the future.
When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will still repair the product, but there will be a fee. Even if there is no repair shop nearby, please feel free to contact us.
