Introducing the Seiko "Speed Timer" made in 1972 .
The Speed Timer series, launched in 1969 , was Seiko's world's first automatic chronograph.
Equipped with a self-developed movement featuring a vertical clutch and column wheel, it combined sportiness and modernity, which was unusual for a Japanese-made watch at the time.
Available in a wide range of colors and case variations, this chronograph remains highly popular today as a symbol of the 1970s .
The Speed Timer features a deep black dial with a vibrant blue ring around the outside.
While ensuring visibility, the graphic coloring reminiscent of the 1970s makes a statement.
The vertical bar indexes and thickly designed pencil hands are designed with an emphasis on practicality as a sports watch.
The chronograph hands are yellow, a striking accent color that speaks to the design sense of the time.
The 30 -minute counter at 6 o'clock has aged to develop an orange-to-yellow gradation, evolving the measurement function into a playful color scheme.
The case material is the NSB case that Seiko adopted in the 1970s .
It features a matte texture and durability that differs from metal cases, and provides the shock resistance and fit of a sports model.
The style embodies the futuristic design of the time, with its rounded form, integrated lugs, and recessed pushers.

The movement is the automatic Cal. 6139B with 21 jewels.
By adopting a vertical clutch and column wheel, a high-precision design is achieved that reduces hand misalignment and shock when the chronograph is operating.
The simple structure supports the reliability of long-term operation.
This movement is the origin of Seiko chronographs and has made its mark in the history of world watches.
Case size: height: 40.9mm , width: 41.4mm , thickness: 14.1mm , weight: 111g .
The black, blue, and yellow color scheme has a pop and sporty feel that is reminiscent of the 1970s .
It goes great with casual outfits like denim and military pants, as well as T- shirts and monochrome outfits.
The condition is good, there is a dent on the 12 o'clock side of the case, but it does not affect use.
The dial is in excellent condition with no wear or corrosion.
The movement is running smoothly and all functions such as the chronograph and calendar are working without any issues.
It is equipped with a genuine Speed Timer bracelet.
