Introducing the Seiko " 5 Sports" made in 1997 .
The 5 Series was born in 1963 with the idea of creating a genuine mechanical wristwatch that anyone could use with confidence.
Equipped with five features - automatic winding, day-date display, shock resistance, water resistance, and durability - this is a long-selling model that has gained support around the world.
Among them, the " 5 Sports" is positioned as a sportier and more practical model.
Its tough construction and design that emphasizes visibility have established it as a solid daily watch.
The 5 Sports features a deep black dial and a powerful design that inherits the essence of sports models from the 1970s .
This is a 1997 replica of a 70 's model.
The thick bar hands and three-dimensional bar indexes have a striking contrast of black and white, and when combined with the minute track on the outer periphery, they ensure high visibility.
The bright red second hand and the blue "SORTS" logo add a touch of lightness to the black dial.
The case has a rounded oval shape, creating a smooth form that fits naturally on the wrist.
It combines the strength of a sports model with an elegant sheen.
The bracelet has a distinctive design with slits, and the combination of the rounded case and straight lines enhances the casual feel unique to sports models.

The movement is a 23- jewel automatic, Cal. 7S36A .
This is a highly practical caliber that does not have hand-winding or hacking functions, but has a simplified structure that makes it highly durable and easy to use.
Case size: height: 42.5mm , width: 42.4mm , thickness: 12.8mm , weight: 113g .
The sporty design with a black dial and red and blue accents goes perfectly with casual outfits.
Simply pair it with a denim jacket and chinos to create a nice accent and add a light and lively rhythm to your wrist.
It also blends naturally with rough styles such as sweatshirts and fleece.
The condition of the case is good with only minor scratches due to use and no noticeable scratches or damage.
There are some small scratches on the glass crystal, but this does not affect visibility.
The movement is running smoothly and the calendar and other functions are in working order.
It is equipped with a genuine metal bracelet from the 5 Sports.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we have a professional overhaul (hereinafter referred to as OH) the watch, and then we deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1-2 months.)
Our specialized craftsmen, who are first-class watch repair technicians, will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine to you, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which will show you what kind of overhaul work was done on the machine, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and serviced.
Of course, since the product itself is a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we have taken this approach so that you can enjoy the watch's inherent performance and use it with peace of mind in the future.
