Introducing Technos' "Skylight" from the 1970s .
Technos was founded in 1900 by watchmaker Melchior Gunzinger in the Jura region of Switzerland.
Later, in 1924 , his son Josef Gunzinger began manufacturing watches under the Technos brand.
In the 1970s , it was exported worldwide and became especially popular in Brazil and Japan.
Technos is named after the Greek word "techne" (technology), and as the name suggests, technology is our core philosophy.
The brand's commitment to careful manufacturing has led to the release of iconic models such as the Sky series, and it continues to be loved by watch collectors even now, more than 100 years after its founding.
"Skylight" is classic yet has a somewhat futuristic nuance.
The dial is a beautiful sunray-finished silver dial, featuring a delicate gradation that gently fades from silver to charcoal gray from the center to the outer periphery.
Furthermore, the outer periphery slopes inwards, which, combined with the gradation, creates a three-dimensional appearance with depth and shadow.
The case has a sharp design with bold chamfering.
The watch has a three-dimensional surface structure extending from the lugs to the sides of the case, which gives it a variety of different looks depending on the angle of the light.
It goes well with the original Technos mesh bracelet, and gives off a sophisticated impression while still having a heavy feel.
"Skylight" has an attractive sharp luster.
The movement is equipped with Cal.2824 , an automatic winding watch with 25 jewels.
This automatic movement was developed by ETA in the 1970s , and due to its high reliability, versatility, and ease of maintenance, it is used by many watch manufacturers to this day.
This movement is also highly practical, with features such as a date fast-forward function that can be operated by the crown and a hack function that stops the second hand.
Size: height: 41.9mm , width: 37.8mm , thickness: 11.4mm , weight: 74g .
The case diameter is not too large, giving it a well-balanced size.
The beautiful coloring and sharp shine will brighten up your hands.
The elegant and unique design goes well with formal attire such as tailored jackets and Oxford shirts, but it can also be easily incorporated into casual outfits such as open-collar shirts and polo shirts.
The condition of the case is that there are scratches on the back cover, but there are no noticeable scratches on the case itself.
The glass windshield is in excellent condition with no noticeable chips or scratches.
There is no wear or dirt on the dial.
The movement is running smoothly and the calendar and hack functions work without any problems.
Comes with genuine Technos mesh bracelet.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand them over to you when you place your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul them (hereafter referred to as OH) and deliver them to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)
A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul was performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.
Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.
When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will still repair the product for a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
