TUDOR 60's PRINCE OYSTER DATE Ref.7966/0 Cal.2462
TUDOR 60's PRINCE OYSTER DATE Ref.7966/0 Cal.2462
Introducing the Tudor "Prince Oysterdate" from the 1960s .
"Tudor" was born in the 1930s as a second brand to improve Rolex's recognition and expand its sales market.
At that time, Rolex was headquartered in the UK and began selling to British citizens.
Although it is a second brand, Tudor, which has high manufacturing technology and good cost performance, and is named after a famous British dynasty, quickly became familiar to British citizens and was widely accepted, achieving the original purpose of Rolex's recognition. We have achieved results that lead to improved results.
Currently, based on the technical capabilities cultivated over many years, we have become independent from Rolex, broken away from being a second brand, and are active as a brand that pursues its own path.
The Prince we are introducing this time uses the same Oyster case as Rolex, and has the same specifications as Rolex, with the word " ROLEX " engraved on the back cover and the crown mark on the crown.
When you look at the dial, the base dial is not pitch black, but rather a slightly pale color similar to that of a submicron, giving it a soft impression.
The wedge index and dolphin hands are unified in silver, creating a simple two-tone design.
Thanks to this, the brilliantly shining big rose at the 12 o'clock position is even more emphasized, giving the watch a look full of elegance that is typical of Tudor.
The movement is equipped with automatic winding Cal.2462 .
The Cal.2400 series is also used in many other Tudor models, and is a movement with excellent total balance in terms of accuracy, robustness, and ease of maintenance.
Size: Height: 40.8mm , Width: 36.4mm , Thickness : 10.9mm , Weight: 57g .
Although the Oyster case is equipped with automatic winding, it is made thin so it does not interfere with the sleeves of suits or jackets, and the Oyster case's characteristic curved shape fits surprisingly well when worn.
It is easy to incorporate into business situations such as suits, as well as casual coordination such as jackets and shirts, and is useful in a wide range of situations from formal to casual.
Regarding the condition, there is a small scratch on a part of the back cover of the case, which seems to have been caused when the back cover was opened and closed, but there is no problem with use.
In addition, there are some scratches around the 6 o'clock position on the windshield.
There are no noticeable scratches on the case body, and the screw-in part of the crown can be used without any problems.
The movement is working fine.
The bracelet is equipped with a genuine Rolex bracelet, just like the exterior.
