Introducing the Tudor Prince Oysterdate made in 1964 .

In the 1930s , Tudor was born as a second brand in order to increase Rolex's recognition and expand its sales market.

At the time, Rolex was headquartered in the UK, so they began selling to British citizens.
Although it is a second brand, Tudor, which has good cost performance despite its advanced manufacturing technology and bears the name of a famous British dynasty, quickly became popular and widely accepted by British citizens, resulting in the original goal of increasing awareness of Rolex.

Currently, based on the technical capabilities it has cultivated over the years, it has become independent from Rolex, breaking away from being a second brand and is active as a brand that is on its own path.

The Tudor Prince Oysterdate we are introducing this time is a very rare model with a rose emblem on the index.

The dial is a silver dial with a sunray finish that gives off a beautiful shine.
Furthermore, it has a very simple configuration with upright bar indexes and bar hands.

Black onyx is used for the indexes and the tips of the hands, improving visibility and adding a black accent to create a striking design.

The rose emblem, characteristic of Tudor, is not on the dial, but is printed on the index at 12 o'clock, a very rare feature.

The roses on the index extend the view to the index, making the watch look larger.
In addition, the uplighting creates a three-dimensional effect, giving depth to the dial and enhancing its visual appeal.

The Prince Oysterdate has a simple and elegant design.
The position of the rose changes, giving this watch high visibility and sophisticated beauty.

The movement is a 25 jewel automatic type, equipped with Cal. 2462 .

The Cal. 2400 series is also used in many other Tudor models, and is a movement with excellent overall balance in terms of precision, robustness, and ease of maintenance.

Size: height: 40.2mm , width: 37.3mm , thickness: 10.7mm , weight: 42g .

The Oyster case is equipped with an automatic winding mechanism, but is made thin so that it does not interfere with the sleeves of a suit or jacket, and the distinctive curved shape of the Oyster case makes it fit surprisingly well when worn.

It is easy to incorporate into business outfits such as suits as well as casual outfits such as jackets and shirts, making it useful in a wide range of situations from work to casual.

The condition of the case is good with the edges still intact.
During the initial check, the screw-down crown tube parts are replaced with new ones.
The dial is in beautiful condition without a single blemish.
The movement is in good condition and works without any problems.
The crown is fitted with an original crown.

When selling antique watches at RESUME, we do not immediately hand over the watch to you upon receiving your order. Instead, we ask a professional craftsman to overhaul it (hereinafter referred to as OH) and deliver it to you after the OH is completed. (This takes about 1 to 2 months.)

A professional craftsman with first-class watch repair technician qualifications will completely disassemble your watch, replace worn parts such as the internal gaskets, clean it, oil it, and perform a thorough overhaul, maintaining it to a daily accuracy of about ±1 minute.
When we deliver the machine, we will also send you our own overhaul certificate, which shows what kind of overhaul we performed, as well as photos of the machine being disassembled and maintained.

Of course, due to the nature of the product itself being a second-hand item, there is no guarantee that it will never break, but we ask for your understanding that we take this approach so that you can enjoy the original performance of the watch and use it with peace of mind in the future.

When you purchase a product, we offer a one-year warranty depending on the model. Even if the warranty period has expired, we will properly repair the product, but there will be a fee. If there is no repair shop near you, please feel free to contact us.
